In this video you are about to view a claimant who was involved in an automobile accident. The claimant alleged he sustained injuries to his head, neck, back, shoulders, arms and legs. However, the only damage to his vehicle was a few scratches on the rear bumper. On this day of surveillance, the claimant was scheduled for an independent medical examination (IME), which he failed to appear for. We guess he felt it was more important to play with his new all-terrain vehicle (ATV) instead of attending his scheduled IME. This video footage did not help his claim.
